  • User should be aware that portions of this Website contain functions for collecting the User’s personal information including User’s name and email address and other optional data such as designation, country, phone number etc.
  • We require customers who register to use the CloudLabs Service to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, and e-mail address.

  • User Information is collected through forms on lab registration pages.  We request you to provide your email address when registering for labs for receving lab detals via email.
  • Cookies: CloudLabs platform does NOT use any cookies to collect any information, However in order to retain the login session etc, CloudLabs utilize the cookies stored and used by Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Depending upon your chosen internet web browser, you may have the option to reject all cookies by modifying your browser preferences. Rejecting cookies will limit the functionality of some portions of our website and not all Services will work correctly.

 3. How the information is used. 

  • Your personally identifiable information is mainly used to send lab details over email and communicate with us when needed. In the case of customers or client engagement, client administrators and stakeholders may review the information for internal analysis.
  • In any case, PII data is not disclosed to any third party organization. We do not sell, trade, or lease your Personally Identifiable Information to other parties.
  • In case of any exceptional cases where data disclosure to the third party is requested by the client, written consent is taken prior to sharing data.
  • If we receive a court order, subpoena, warrant, or other legal demand from law enforcement or any other governmental, regulatory or judicial authorities seeking disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information, we will comply with such requests and disclose such Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities.   • CloudLabs may periodically send User information regarding CloudLabs, its products, and services. If User has been receiving such information and does not wish to continue receiving such information, User should contact CloudLabs at unsubscribe@spektrasystems.com and let Spektra Systems know that User no longer wishes to receive such information. Alternatively, you can simply reply to an email from CloudLabs and type “REMOVE” in the subject line.

  • The population of Data Subject Rights: Anyone can request access to their personal data stored in the system by reaching out to privacy@spektrasystems.com with their registered email address. Spektra Systems will share the personal and required data stored in CloudLabs within 72 hours upon due validation.
  • In any case, any user can request deletion of their all personal data stored by reaching out to privacy@spektrasystems.com with their registered email address.Spektra Systems will share the personal and required data stored in CloudLabs  within 72 hours upon due validation, deletion will be completed with 7 days of the request.
  • In any case, No customer data is shared without their prior consent with anyone in the form of the press release or public notice unless expressed by law.

  • This Website may from time to time include, for User’s convenience, links to third-party sites, which CloudLabs does not own or control and which are controlled by third parties.
