Overview
The MS-100 course will provide fundamental knowledge on three central elements of Microsoft 365 enterprise administration, including Microsoft 365 tenant and service management, Microsoft 365 management, and Microsoft 365 identity management. In Microsoft 365 tenant and service management, the participants will be exposed to the key components that must be planned for designing the Microsoft 365 tenant.
The next focus area will be configuring the Microsoft 365 tenant, including organizational profile, tenant subscription options, component services, user accounts and licenses, and security groups. Finally, the participants will learn about managing the tenant, which includes the configuration of tenant roles and managing tenant health and services.
The second section of the course will revolve around the key components of Microsoft 365 management. This section will begin with an outline of Microsoft 365 product functionality, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Platform, and device management.
The focus will then transition to configuring Microsoft 365, especially towards configuring Office client connectivity.
Finally, the participants will learn about the best practices to manage user-driven client installations of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (formerly Office 365 ProPlus) deployments. The section will be wrapped up with lessons on configuring Office Telemetry and Workplace Analytics.
MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services Hands-on Lab is available for the specified duration and can only be activated once. Labs once launched cannot be paused in between or retaken.

Requirements
This course doesn’t have any technical pre-requisite. This course primarily uses the Azure portal to create services and does not require scripting skills.
