Issues: License setup missing, quota exceeded, Azure Load Testing errors
Cause: Template misconfigured; simultaneous deployments
Fixes:
- Add pre-checks for quotas and licenses
- Regional resource validation
- GitHub license sync validation
2. PostgreSQL + OpenAI Hack Lab
Issues: Template mismatch (Single vs Group Hack)
Cause: Platform update led to incorrect template reuse
Fixes:
- Enforce pre-deployment template validation
- Prevent live template edits
3. Azure OpenAI Service Lab
Issues: Python code not rendering; cross-user visibility of models
Cause: Subscription quota exhaustion; improper permissions
Fixes:
- Quota buffering
- Code format QA
