SOC 2 Type II

Audited annually against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria, with controls tested internally every month.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022

Controls in our annual SOC 2 Type II report are mapped to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security standard.
GDPR

We operate as a Data Processor under GDPR, with standard contractual clauses in place with our European partners.
Microsoft SSPA

Attested each year against Microsoft's Supplier Data Protection Requirements, then audited by a Microsoft-nominated assessor.
COPPA

Children under 13 can use our platforms only with Verifiable Parental Consent, as set out in our COPPA Privacy Notice.
FERPA

Student education records are protected under FERPA, with our practices published in our FERPA Privacy Notice.
