About This Course
The course will serve as a foundational introduction to the customer engagement capabilities of Dynamics 365. It seeks to help the participants understand key concepts of customer engagement, explore different customer engagement apps, including Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, as well as learn about customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities of Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This course will adopt a blended learning approach with a combination of lectures and hands-on labs.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Hands-on Lab is available for the specified duration and can only be activated once. Labs once launched cannot be paused in between or retaken.
This course doesn’t have any technical pre-requisite. This course primarily uses the Azure portal to create services and does not require scripting skills.
