If a user encounters a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) issue, our support team will promptly aid. Additionally, if the user's system is connected to a virtual private network (VPN), we will recommend disconnecting from the VPN temporarily.
Yes, the instructor can perform Start/ Stop action for all VMs associated with the Lab/ Workshop.
Yes, we have a feature called reports that shows the power bi reports from which the cost per attendee can be tracked.
