Who are MCTs? Why Should You Become One?
Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) are experts in Microsoft Technologies, delivering in-person, online, and hybrid classes and evangelizing Microsoft products and services. They also train thousands of developers, system administrators, students, and ICT managers. To continue as an MCT, one must adhere to program enrolment or renewal requirements – by completing an online application and agreeing to the MCT Program Agreement every year. Before applying to become an MCT, one needs to demonstrate instructional skills that make them eligible as a trainer.
