It is necessary for the learner to possess MS-203 certification in order to attain this certification.

3. MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging

a. MS-220: Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Online

This course is for the support engineers who have a solid grasp on the understanding of identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Microsoft Exchange Online environments.

Some of the skills that are measured in this course are the troubleshooting of:
  • Mail flow issues (20–25%)
  • Compliance and retention issues (25–30%)
